Bisp Tracking and Cash Card Management information system is available here to track your Benazir Card Payment. This System is working for Poor people of Pakistan. The system Bisp is providing from which you can track and check your Benazir Income Support programme, with this method just put your CNIC and get the complete detail that you are eligible to get the Bisp Card or not. 

If you already applied for the Bisp Card than visit given a link and enter your CNIC, this link will provide you all the detail about your Card that you are eligible or not, if you are not eligible then you can contact with Benazir Income Support Programme office. BISP is a welfare program workes in Pakistan. BISP launched in July 2008. It is a largest program that distributed RS 90 millions in all over the Pakistan. BISP is a social safety net program that is focused on health, education, social protection and enhanced financial capacity. BISP uses donation and scholarships methods. Benazir Income Support Programme Card was launched By Pakistan Peoples Party in 2008, Former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani advised Asif Ali Zardari To Launch BISP Card To Support Widows, on the name of Benazir Bhutto who was Shot Dead in 2007. No Doubt Benazir Bhutto Was a great leader and she worked for the people of Pakistan and her dream as to empower the women of Pakistan.

To qualify for cash payments under BISP, households need to make greater than RS 6,000 a month; equal to $67. Further eligibility conditions stipulate: Families Need a female candidate holding a valid ID card A single applicant should be a widowed or divorced female with no male household members Eligible families include who have physically or emotionally disabled individuals Families deemed ineligible for money payments through BISP include people who have: Participants used by the Pakistani authorities, military, or some other government-affiliated bureau Participants drawing on a pension or getting post-retirement gains from the authorities Family members possessing over 3 acres of farmland or over 80 square yards of residential property Participants receiving income from other resources Participants having a bank accounts excluding microfinance banks and individuals catering to low income households. History:

BISP started by Yousaf Raza Gillani in 2008 by the advice of Asif Ali Zardari. This program is a tribute to the loyal services of Benazir Bhutto. BISP mainly worked for women belongs to a poor family in Pakistan. Now the BISP is the largest aid program that works in Pakistan since 16 years. When the BISP established in 2008 the government provide RS 34 billions. On 18 june 2017 the BISP take a good a step and launched an e_commerce platform for the members.

Structure:

BISP provides aid in all over Pakistan and also in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and the Islamabad is capital territory.

When the BISP start the parliamentarians recommend 8,000 forms. National database is involved in the verification of eligible people. Then in 2009 the proxy means test is introduced to identify eligibility. For monitoring intednal monitoring sytem developed to check the delevries. BISP also give aid for emergency relief.

Eligibility:

  • Family must have a female applicant.
  • Women must be without male family member like widowed or divorced.
  • Members must have national identity cards.
  • Members may have a disabled family member with low income.

Ineligible families:

  • Members employed by government of Pakistan.
  • Members drawing a pension.
  • Family member owning more than 3 acres farmland.

Members receiving income from other sources.

Benefits:

The aid amount increases the earnings and financial power 20% in a month with 5,000 Rs. Members will receive 1500 per month.
